Laburnum Cottage is a lovely stone-built terrace located within the beautiful Peak District National Park. It boasts a spacious interior with oak furnishings and soothing colour schemes, offering families and couples the perfect retreat in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Enter into the fully equipped kitchen occupying a lovely set of white painted units, integrated appliances and a lovely dining area. Just off from here is the cosy sitting room, elevated by exposed beams and an orange glow from the electric fire. Upstairs, are two well-presented bedrooms, sharing a gleaming all-white bathroom. The attractive exterior offers a lovely patio area at the front with garden furniture and decorative hanging baskets. A refreshing escape to an interesting part of Derbyshire. Enjoy a day out at Alton Towers or visit the impressive Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall.

OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
