The impressive and contemporary shower room is on the first floor and there is an opulent bathroom on the ground floor. Outside, there is the choice of two enclosed areas to sit and enjoy the sunshine in; a sheltered gravelled garden and a lawned garden, both overlooking open farmland. Nearby Hunmanby is a popular historic village, with excellent amenities, including pubs, eateries, independent shops, tea rooms and a lovely deli. Just five miles away is Filey seaside town, always a big hit with the children. The long, sandy, safe beaches are truly magnificent, whether it’s building sandcastles, crabbing in the rock pools, or riding a donkey. Amble along the two promenades, hire a beach hut for the week, or take an exhilarating cliff top walk on Filey Brigg. With the stunning countryside to explore and the larger coastal towns of Scarborough and Bridlington just a few minutes’ drive, this superb property provides a wonderful base, anytime of the year.
