Set in the traditional rural country village of Lewannick, six miles from the ancient capital of Cornwall, Launceston, makes access to both north and south coasts relatively easy, being situated only two miles from the main A30 trunk road which runs from Exeter in Devon to Lands End. As you enter The Old School House you will immediately feel at home going through the porch into the kitchen with a delightful conservatory overlooking the garden. Through into the hallway which takes you to the light and airy dining room and the cosy sitting room both with magnificent high ceilings being a feature of the period which the house would have originated from. There are four bedrooms here all different to give options for all the family, a master king-size double, a double, a twin and a single. Outside an enclosed garden complete with garden furniture is a peaceful spot to relax and appreciate the far-reaching countryside views.
