All-ground-floor. One double bedroom. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC ( from the 24th November 2023 there will no bath but a full length shower. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes. Communal leisure facilities inc. free use of indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Optional charge for other facilities inc. gym, scuba diving lessons, fishing, bike hire, beauticians, archery etc. Ample off road parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.4 miles. Note: Use of the indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room is included in the rental price. The gym and additional facilities and activities are available at additional cost, payable on-site. Note: Open lakes in grounds, children should be supervised at all times From the 24th November 2023 the bath will be replaced with a full length shower
