The bedrooms consist of a double and two twin rooms, all boast en-suite facilities. To the outside you will find plenty of off-road parking and a patio garden with furniture and hot tub. Within 1.1 miles there is shop and 1.2 miles a pub. Travel cot and highchair are available by request on booking. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Old Buckenham 1 mile. This beautifully converted barn has been completed to a very high standard to offer guests excellent accommodation in a rural location close to beautiful Norfolk village of Old Buckenham. The property is mainly on one level with two steps to two bedrooms. It is ideal for families wishing to explore the Norfolk countryside and those with limited mobility. This delightful property provides an open plan sitting room with double doors to the patio and hot tub. The sitting area is an ideal place to relax with all guests after a day out exploring. The kitchen has been carefully designed to offer everything you will need to enjoy self-catering. From the kitchen you can access the back garden, there are lovely views over rural Norfolk paddocks. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and shower rooms. The master bedroom has a bath and separate shower, both of the twin rooms have a shower room. Outside is a large enclosed garden, perfect for the children to play and your four legged companion whilst you relax in the sun. The garden is completely fenced and secure including a luxurious hot tub to sit and relax in. There is an abundance of walking on your doorstep to enjoy and the area is excellent for wildlife and wildflowers on New Buckenham Common. Old Buckenham village, reputed to have the largest village green in Britain, is home to a delightful 17th century traditional pub serving delicious food, a further pub, as well as a local shop and Post Office. The nearby village of New Buckenham is home to a selection of pubs and places to eat and selection of independent local stores. The nearby market towns of Attleborough and Diss are easily accessible and Diss has a railway station with direct trains from London. Ideal for walking and cycling, this beautiful barn conversion is a superb destination for a holiday all year round and an ideal base for exploring East Anglia.

New Buckenham is a village in Norfolk. It has a selection of shops and two pubs serving food. Just outside of the village is New Buckenham Common, owned by the Norfolk Wildlife Trust. New Buckenham is between the towns of Attleborough and Diss. Attleborough is home to a wide range of amenities. Diss is a rural town in south Norfolk, it offers gothic architecture, and local history can be found in the museum. The market place is the hub, overlooked by its 13th century church. A short drive from New Buckenham is the city of Norwich, spend the day sightseeing or having some retail therapy. A superb location for a holiday, any time of the year.

Good dining options may be found in the nearby towns of New Buckenham, Kenninghall, and Banham, and Banham's zoo makes for a fantastic day trip; the town of Banham also hosts weekly Sunday car boot sales. If you need to restock on groceries or other necessities, head to the large market town of Attleborough, where you'll find stores like Sainsbury's and Lidl, while the nearby towns of Wymondham and Diss, located about 12 miles away, are home to historic landmarks and art galleries and antique shops, respectively.
