Two sitting rooms; one of which can be made into a 3rd bedroom using the comfortable double sofa bed, this ground floor sitting room also benefits from having an en suite wet room with a walk in shower. A mid terrace stone cottage situated next to the popular village of Chapel-en-le-Frith. This vibrant and contemporary property is tucked away at the edge of the village, and makes an ideal getaway for couples or families. Step inside, and you will be welcomed by an inviting sitting room with comfortable sofas where you can relax in front of the TV. There is also a DVD/CD player and input for personal audio devices all available through a five speaker surround sound system. Sweeping across from this is a second sitting room with its own TV and DVD. Ideal for quiet reading or for the children to enjoy their own viewing. This room can be converted into a double bedroom utilising a comfortable sofa bed and has the benefit of an en suite wet room consisting of Shower, Basin and WC. The well equipped kitchen offers plenty of space to prepare meals to serve at the dining table. Downstairs, a cellar accessible from both inside and out, provides a convenient space to securely store bikes and boots after a day exploring the surrounding area. This room also benefits from heating and a dehumidifier so is ideal for drying wet clothes. On the first floor you will find a well-presented Master bedroom with a superking sized bed and an equally well appointed twin room, along with a large family bathroom. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. There is an iPad in the property, giving useful property and local information. Off-road parking for two cars in the private car park, other spaces are available at the front of the property and there is also on road parking around Carters Cottage . Private enclosed patio to rear with seating. Externally, there is a small stone shelf adjacent to the cellar that would support a small disposable BBQ. Secure storage for bikes. Two well behaved dogs welcome; there is a grassed area by the car park to use. Other pets may be allowed, subject to a charge; please enquire. Please make sure the patio area is left clean. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 7 mins walk. Please note that any bookings during the Summer period for 1 week that does not start on a Friday needs to be agreed prior to booking - Please contact the office if you are seeking an alternative start date.
