Note: The property is quite remote and the roads are unlit. Note: Owner provides logs for woodburning stove sufficient enough for one evening, the logs will be stored in the garden shed.

Bowes is situated within beautiful Teesdale, in County Durham. The village boasts a pub and has a long history dating back to the Romans. Its most famous landmark is Bowes Castle, built on the site of the original Roman fort soon after the Norman Conquest.
