Accommodation Details

Five bedrooms and four bathrooms: 1 x lower ground floor super king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite shower, basin, WC and infrared sauna, 1 x first floor king-size with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor double, 1 x first floor twin, 1 x ground floor twin. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Outdoor shower. Kitchen open plan onto Dining room with woodburning stove. Sitting room. Upstairs large landing / games area with table football.

Large level lawn with goalpost for kids to enjoy a game of football. Secure bike / surfboard storage available upon request. Two well behaved dogs welcome. No smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile, beach 1.6 miles. Note: This property has a 5pm check in time. Note: Sorry, no stag, hen or similar. Note: The garden is extensive and includes a pond and some steep drops and steps, children to be supervised at all times.

Location Details

The town of Ilfracombe lies on the North Devon coastline. It is a ten minute drive from Exmoor National Park, with its countryside and quaint villages. Ilfracombe has a heritage harbour and quay with pubs, restaurants and shops. Take a boat trip to Lundy Island. Ilfracombe is the centre for walking in England. To the east are Lynton and Lynmouth with its railway, to the west lie Clovelly and Hartland.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
