The cottage can sleep eight people in four bedrooms, comprising a super king-size double, a king-size double, and two twins as well as a family bathroom and a shower room. The cottage also contains a kitchen, dining room and sitting room with electric fire. To the outside of the cottage is ample off-road parking and enclosed front and rear patios with hot tub, furniture and access to a lawned garden. Located in stunning countryside, Green Hills Farm is a lovely cottage for a great holiday at any time of the year.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
