Please also note that if you are checking in the same day as another guest's departure, the hot tub will not be able to be used until the following morning for hygiene reasons as it requires emptying/refilling and new chemicals

This property is perfectly situated for families looking to escape to the countryside, with spacious rooms and far-reaching views across the open farming fields. Entering the property, you will be greeted to an entrance hall where you can kick off your boots and coats and step into this contemporary dwelling. The open-plan kitchen/diner has lovely grey units and sleek darker grey worktops, housing a range of contemporary appliances you can easily cook up a storm for the whole family! Gather at the large dining table to enjoy your lovingly prepared meals over a well-deserved glass of wine. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
