All ground floor. One double bedroom with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, fridge. TV with Freeview, WI-FI and DVD player. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Access to a dog walking area/paddock. One well-behaved dog welcome.. Shop 4 miles, pub 1.5 miles and is up hill on return to the property. Seasonal shop on caravan site 2.5 miles. Note: There are two steps down to access the property and one step up into the bedroom. Note: access to the property is via a farm road and may not be suitable for all vehicles. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms and the enclosed garden fence is not secure for determined dogs that attempt to escape, Please note there is no smoking allowed at all on the entirety of the property, this is due to the amount of straw and hay in the area and to avoid any fire risks, if you would like to smoke, it will take you about 15 minutes to walk off the grounds. Please note this property can only accommodate a Saturday check in. Please note: This property is in a secluded location.
Location Details
Tavistock is a delightful, award-winning market town on the River Tavy, on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. The town offers an indoor pannier market, a number of shops, and a choice of pubs, bistros and restaurants. Wonderful walking and cycling can be enjoyed in the area, plus there are National Trust properties nearby. Within driving distance is the city of Plymouth, Torbay, and the North Cornwall coast.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
