Cefn Bryn Mawr is a beautiful semi-detached barn conversion, one of two in a small courtyard position. The cottage is well thought out with comfort and style in mind, a modern, contemporary interior blends well with the character features, such as exposed purlins and beams. The cottage is ideal for a family or couples. Three bedrooms on the ground floor are stylish in design, a cosy double, a twin which is great for the children and the master bedroom boasting a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom which is great if someone fancies a bit of pampering! Or a good soak after a day out and about. An open staircase leads up to the spacious open plan living accommodation which offers a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable sitting area where everyone can sit and relax, an ideal area for entertaining and socialising. This delightful seaside town is situated just 5 miles from Porthmadog. The townÂ’s 13th century castle perches majestically on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and offering superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing in the surf, or relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms.

Note: Although situated off the high street the cottage is located behind a pub, some associated noise may be heard during busier periods. Note: During summer, live music is played on a Saturday night in the pub garden, associated noise can be heard. Please note: The use of the EV charging point at this property is prohibited.
