All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite P-shaped bath, shower over, basin and WC and veranda, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with electric fire.

Full height fridge freezer in the utility room. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: There are four steps to access the property, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There is livestock nearby, pets must be supervised at all times. Note: No BBQ's to be used on site.
Location Details
The village of Hartland provides visitors with a craft shop, good pubs and several places to eat. The village of Clovelly lies just 5 miles away and is renowned for its steep cobbled streets and 14th Century harbour. The unspoilt coastal resorts of Bude and Bideford are both within 15 miles making this a superb base for a varied and enjoyable holiday.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
