This cosy, mid-terrace cottage is on a quiet residential street in Pakefield near Lowestoft, two minutes from the beach. It has three bedrooms on the first floor, one with a single bed, one with twin singles and a third with a double. On the first floor is also a shower room and downstairs is a family bathroom, accessed via the kitchen. The sitting room is at the front of the cottage with a dining table, Victorian fireplace and patio doors opening onto a sunny patio. The kitchen is between the sitting room and bathroom and also has a door opening into the garden, as well as a washing machine. The garden is great for enjoying the sunshine and at the bottom is a gate which leads down to the beach. To the front of the property is roadside parking, and a good pub is just a minute's walk away round the corner. The perfect retreat for exploring the Suffolk coastline!

Location Details
Located on the Suffolk coast, Pakefield is a suburb of Lowestoft, and is home to the parish church of All Saints and St Margarets. Pakefield has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a real fish and chip shop, and is home to The Seagull Theatre, as well as an art gallery. Nearby Lowestoft is a traditional seaside resort with a wide range of amenities including the Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, whilst south of Pakefield is the coastal town of Southwold, famous for its pier, busy harbour and the colourful beach huts which line the seafront.
