Bed linen inc. in rent but towels are not provided. Off-road parking is available. Enclosed decking area with furniture. Three well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.2 miles and pub 3.3 miles. Note: The property is very wheelchair friendly. Note: There is a lake at this property, children should be supervised.

Situated in the Torridge district of Devon, is the small market town of Holsworthy. Boasting two historic churches, both of which are Grade II listed buildings, giving a real insight into historical architecture. The town offers a variety of pubs, restaurants and shops for all of your amenities, with easy access to the surrounding areas for plenty of sights.
