A very well-presented property with the added benefit of parking, set in the heart of Boscastle, a village world famous for its history and stunning coast line. This ground floor apartment is a hidden gem, with the added bonus of parking near to the property. On entering the property you walk through a hallway with two bedrooms off to the side. A twin bedroom with a radiator and hanging space and a roomy and airy double bedroom is available. Within the living area, are the sitting and the dining areas and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a bathroom with full size bath and over head shower. There is so much to see and do right on the doorstep, plus several interesting shops, excellent restaurants, pubs and takeaways a short walk away. This really is the perfect location for a holiday. Add the fact that you are right on the stunning North Cornwall coastline, with an array of beaches within easy reach, and you have the makings of a holiday that you will not want to end.
