All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x adult bunks with en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with seating area and breakfast bar.
Each apartment in this secluded location has been named after the wonderful Tenby beaches and South Beach ( directly next to North Beach) offers all ground floor accommodation with an open plan living room with comfy corner sofa in front of the TV, a very well equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar with stools so you can all enjoy cooking, eating and relaxing together. The master bedroom has a shower room next to it and the bedroom with bunks has its own ensuite shower room. A perfect retreat for a small family or friends to visit this beautiful part of Wales. Note: This property can be booked with Refs. 956836, 957101 and 965733, 965734, 956835 together they accommodate 38 people.

There are many attractions nearby including a trip to the monastic Caldey Island, the magnificent Tudor Merchant's House, the resort of Saundersfoot, Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park.

Note: Although all ground floor, there are 2 individual steps in the hallway and a threshold lip at the entrance so may not be suitable for wheelchairs or people with mobility issues. Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
