A relaxing, romantic stone-built bungalow located in the village of Sleights in North Yorkshire. High quality furnishings, a Smart TV, open plan living, high ceilings and exposed beams and stone make this cottage the ideal place for a relaxing break in the countryside. Sleights is ideal for a coastal and a country holiday. It's 4 miles from the coastline, it is also on the edge of the moors, with attractive villages and scenery. Sleights has a pub, a fish and chip shop, an antique shop with a café, a butcher's, a bakery, a hairdressers and a Post Office within a shop. The North Yorkshire Steam Railway is nearby, together with the port of Whitby. Whitby lies at the River Esk and is situated for exploring this part of Yorkshire. It is a town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a harbour, sandy beaches and, of course, the abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.
