WiFi is available. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and baby bath on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden with furniture, lawn and patio. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, cafe 2 mins walk. Bar and restaurant 2 minute drive. Note: There are six steps with a handraill from the gate to the back door. Note: The front door can be accessed by two steps via the courtyard. Note: There is a large grassed communal area for games etc. Note: The top of the Cottage garden is not suitable for young children to play as there is a 3ft drop from the flower bed down to the patio. Note: This property can not accept a Wednesday or Sunday check-in or departure. Note: Kelling beach does not allow swimming, the nearest are Sheringham (approx 5 miles) and Cromer.

Kelling is a civil parish and village in the county of Norfolk. The village Holt is 3 miles and Cromer is 10.1 miles. Holt is an attractive Georgian market town approximately five miles from the North Norfolk coast. The town offers a vibrant centre with interesting shops, eateries and a labyrinth of narrow lanes and courtyards with flint and painted cottages.
