The conservatory offers spectacular panoramic vistas of the Ribble Valley countryside, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty, and includes a fine dining area, whilst the open-plan living area features deluxe, contemporary furnishings and handy appliances to suit your modern-day living requirements. Outside boasts an impressive garden with verdant lawn, delightful summer house and games room. The luxurious BBQ hut will seat up to 15 guests comfortably, and can be used in all weathers for BBQs or as a fire pit. Why not get the family together and enjoy a meal alfresco style? Note: Property is on a working farm - The garden area can be made enclosed by closing the main entrance gate, allowing peace of mind for children playing outside.
