Situated in a rural setting with views over the valley towards the nearby village of Cheddleton, is this beautifully converted ground floor apartment. Enter the property into a bright hallway, on your left you will find an equally light and airy double bedroom, a relaxing space with beautiful countryside views. Continuing down the hallway you will find a contemporary bathroom with large electric shower and an open-plan living area. This second room comprises of a fully appointed kitchen with dining area as well as a sitting space with a comfortable leather sofa and armchair positioned around an electric fire and wall mounted TV. This tastefully decorated room also benefits from patio doors that lead out to the private garden. Overlooking the Roaches, this pretty outdoor space is the perfect place to relax in the late afternoon sun. A mix of terrace and landscaping, it offers a delightful venue for alfresco dining. The village of Cheddleton is within walking distance from the property and offers a number of shops, pubs and a restaurant, serving delicious meals. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The Roaches and the Peak District both offer walking, cycling and rock climbing opportunities. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
