Accommodation Details
Reverse level accommodation - three bedrooms: Main House Ground floor 1 x King size bed with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, bath with shower over, basin and WC. 1 x twin with en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. In small barn separate to main house: 1 x twin (zip and link to King Size double on request) with shower room, shower, basin and WC. Main house: First floor: Open plan living room with vaulted ceiling through, kitchen, dining area and sitting area including a wood burner and Juliet balcony.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden is a mix of patio, paths, shrubs, lawn and steps. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop and beach 10 minute walk. Pub/restaurant - Victoria Inn - 10 minute walk along a footpath next to the property. Note: Max 6 adults. Note: Two low beams in small barn where there are zip n link beds and shower room, see photos.
Location Details
Just east of the sweeping Mounts Bay and Marazion, you will find a small village called Perranuthnoe that boasts a very popular pub and a beautiful sandy beach. Perranuthnoe dates back as far as the Domesday Book and has many relics to times gone by including tin and copper mines closed as recently as 1900. The village sits within an area of outstanding natural beauty and the village now offers a couple of galleries, two cafes and the Victoria Inn public house.
Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
