The superb north coast beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath are all within a 20 minute drive. Trelaze is a single storey garden house nestled in 3 acres of evergreen shrubs, mature trees, lawns and ponds less than 4 miles from Wadebridge in Cornwall. Within beautiful ornamental gardens offering privacy, peace and seclusion, Trelaze offers a truly special escape. The spacious sitting/dining room opens to a conservatory, perfect for morning coffee whatever the weather. The kitchen is immaculate and well equipped. The two light, stylish and airy bedrooms provide sumptuous bedding for a very comfortable night and share a family bathroom. Relax outside on the sun terrace or have a picnic on the expanse of lawn. Have fun by taking advantage of the on-site private tennis court followed by a Pimms on the lawn whilst the children watch for rabbits and squirrels to appear. Pencarrow House (a fine Georgian mansion open to the public) is just down the road and the nearby award winning Camel Valley Vineyard is well worth a visit, offering wine tours and tastings. The nearby Trehellas restaurant, about 500 yards away, has also proven popular with our guests. Trelaze is very close to The Camel Cycle, it's practically on the doorstep and should not be missed; this 11 mile level track will suit cyclists of all abilities. When ready to explore the superb north coast beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath are all within a 20 minute drive. Just a few miles west is pretty as a picture Padstow where there are restaurants, cafes, boat trips and ice creams galore. The bustling popular market town of Wadebridge, just 3½ miles away offers good shopping opportunities and is the perfect stop for supplies en route to the beach. Not overlooked by the owners residence which lies behind, this delightful holiday property is a perfect retreat at any time of year.
