There are two bedrooms, both have en-suite facilities, one with bath and separate shower and the other with a shower room. There is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area. There is a large garden laid to lawn and off road parking for up to two cars. This property is perfect for couple or families and of course don't forget your furry friends.

All ground floor (3 steps to enter property). Two bedrooms with TVs: 1 x king-size with en-suite bath, separate shower, basin and WC, 1 x Twin (zip/link, can be Super-king double on request) with en-suite shower room, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Truro is the retail centre of Cornwall with a good range of independent shops as well as national stores all within a compact city centre. With its eclectic range of art galleries, bars, restaurants, cinema, theatre, museum and outstanding cathedral this small city is a superb year round destination. Steeped in history and intriguing architecture there is always plenty to do and see. Just meandering through the Georgian cobbled streets is a pleasure in itself. With many peaceful parks all within a short stroll from the centre it is a most relaxing city to visit. A wonderful day trip can be had from Truro to Falmouth along the stunning Fal estuary with many options to disembark and pick up the boat later along the scenic river trip.
