To the outside, is off road parking for one car, and a garden with a patio and furniture. Electric oven and gas hob, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a washer/dryer. Smart TV with ChromeCast, WiFi, DVD player and DVDs, games, jigsaws and books. Small outside space with table and chairs to the front of house. Large garden with patio, furniture and extensive sea and coastal views to the rear of house. Parking permit covering many car parks in North Devon provided during high season (mid March-Oct). Pubs, shops and beach 200 metres. One well behaved dog welcome. Note: Crab Cottage sits on a terrace cut into banks of historic Fore Street, there are 10 steps up from the road to the terrace and there are a further 30 steps to climb to appreciate the magnificent views from the garden.

Location Details

The seaside town of Ilfracombe sits on the stretch of the North Devon coastline, home to five beaches. Ilfracombe is only a ten minute drive from Exmoor National Park, with its countryside and quaint villages. Ilfracombe's heritage harbour hosts a selection of pubs and restaurants. Ilfracombe is the centre for some of the finest walking country in England. Enjoy a promenade walk around Capstone Hill.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
