Park Hill is a luxury house in the Lancashire town of Clitheroe. It has a main building and two separate outhouses, all together there is eight bedrooms consisting of eight super king beds, four of them are zip/link and can be twins upon request, one with an adjoining single, five have en-suite facilities and there is a family shower room, the cottages can sleep seventeen people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a living dining room, a gym, a sauna suite and a cinema room as well as a utility. Outside there is ample off road parking, a lawn to the rear and a covered patio with furniture. Park Hill is a spectacular house in a great location. Check in time 5pm.

Location Details
A town near the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Lancashire. Clitheroe is the perfect base for a holiday, it offers all amenities from a shopping centre to individual shops, pubs and restaurants to choose from. The town has a castle with a maze and a museum. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
