First floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Utility. Sitting room with dining area with woodburning stove. In a separate building your very own spa suite holds a luxury hot tub and sauna for you to sit and indulge in without a care in the world. Adjacent to this is a room where sports equipment such as bikes and watersports equipment can be kept safe and dry.
Location Details
The village of Llanfair has an impressive location, nestling between the Rhinog Mountains and Harlech, whilst providing views over Shell Island and Cardigan Bay. This village is a base for walks in the countryside. Harlech, a World Heritage Site is 1.4 miles away and is dominated by its castle. It has the Royal St. David's course, Harlech also boasts a variety of amenities. Within the Snowdonia National Park and on Cardigan Bay, this is a fantastic holiday location at any time of the year.
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
