With views over open countryside, it provides the perfect retreat for couples to relax and recharge the batteries. Offering all ground-floor level access accommodation, suitable for those with limited mobility, the property has been renovated to provide high-quality living. There is a spacious open-plan living area, with a TV and DVD player. With a lovely warming woodburner for those cooler evenings. The stylish fitted kitchen boasts modern units and worktops, providing ample space for preparing home-cooked meals. There is a convenient dining area where you can enjoy your romantic meals together. The tasteful king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room, with a large walk-in shower so you can prepare for your day in style. Outside has an enclosed south facing courtyard garden, with a patio area, so you can sit out and enjoy the sun with a refreshing glass of wine. There is direct access to dog walking around the fenced paddocks. Situated in the rural countryside, you will have access to many nearby towns and villages with wonderful tourist attractions including the historic centres of Newark and Lincoln with cathedral and castles as well as historic houses and gardens to visit. It is an ideal location for walking and cycling, golf, fishing as well as bird watching at the nearby nature reserve. For aviation enthusiasts the area is known as Bomber County and has a wealth of aviation history. For a great day out, Lincolnshire and Newark show grounds host events throughout the year, including food and antique fairs and concerts as well as a range of other attractions. The Dairy is the ideal place for a romantic holiday in the heart of the countryside.
