This exceptional, detached country home is situated in an elevated position, on its own grounds, offering spacious and flexible accommodation for friends and families alike. It is located in a rural location, eight miles south of the vibrant city of Norwich. It has been extended to create modern open-plan rooms with a large kitchen, a dining and sitting room enjoying views to the front and back garden. The kitchen has brand new fittings and white units, with a large breakfast bar. Towards the front of the property there is a sitting room and entrance hall enjoying views out over the front garden. The sitting room is the perfect space for relaxing with a good book or a film on the comfortable sofas and armchairs provided. Nearby the property is Sandringham House, a country house, it was the private home of Queen Elizabeth II and her father George VI. The house stands in a 20,000-acre estate, offering a museum with displays of royal life, 400 acres of country park and gardens. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
