All second floor (No lift). Two bedrooms: 1 x super king-size with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, 1 x Twin Room (zip/link can be Super king on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting areas with access onto terrace.

Parking in a public car park with a parking permit paid for by the owner. Terrace with furniture. Sorry, no pets. Smoking permitted on terrace only. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Newquay railway station is located across the road. Newquay airport 20 mins drive. Note: Children must be accompanied on the terrace. Note: Check in is from 4pm onwards. Please note: parking will be unavailable from Tuesday 8th August to Monday14th August 2023 due to the 2023 Boardmasters Festival.
