Accommodation Details
All ground floor. One bedroom: 1 x double with en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
This spacious flat is light and airy and is ideally situated on the banks of the River Brede just a short stroll to the centre of the ancient cinque port town of Rye. It has plenty of space to spread out and relax and soak up the views of the passing boats and the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa and reading chair which you can position to make the most of the views of the river and the fields beyond. The flat has large windows and patio doors onto the south and west facing balcony - making the most of the sunshine all day and ending up with the stunning sunsets. There is a 40" smart TV, DVD player, radio/Bluetooth speaker and wifi throughout the property. The kitchen is well equipped and boasts a large breakfast bar and bar stools. There is also a dining table and chairs in the open plan living area for a more formal meal. The bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of wardrobe space and its own TV. The modern bathroom is accessed either from the bedroom or the hallway and has a walk-in shower with both a full 'rain head' and hand-held shower. There is a dedicated parking space in the private car park in front of The Boathouse. Rye town centre is a few minutes walk and there are many shops, cafes, pubs and even a cinema. There are also plenty of places to visit in the area and the visitor centre in Rye has lots of ideas - although there are also some suggestions left in the flat.

OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
