Off-road parking for 1 car. Further roadside parking available on a first come, first served basis on the hill opposite the property. Front courtyard with furniture (not enclosed). Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: The staircase in this property is fairly steep, so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There are a couple of steps up to the front door. Note: A parking permit can also be purchased from Torbay Council payable directly. Note: Parking in the courtyard may be difficult and care should be taken when turning, parking not available until 4:00pm.

Brixham is a picturesque fishing town, sitting within the beautiful borough of Torbay. There is plenty to do during your stay in the area, with an array of pubs, bars and eateries to choose from, as well as local stores and supermarkets where you can pick up all the home essentials. Snack on local fish and chips whilst you wander down the harbour and admire the colourful houses that line the street or visit Berry's Head for a wander through the luscious Nature Preserve.
