Outside there's off road parking for two cars, an elevated balcony with furniture and a lawned garden with decked area and furniture. Sea View Cottage is a lovely base for families with a sandy beach within walking distance and many attractions and places to visit to suit all tastes nearby.

Refurbished and decorated with a modern, stylish finish, this Benllech cottage has everything needed for a perfect family holiday, boasting sea views from the bright and airy sitting room, which also has a woodburning stove and a patio door leading onto an elevated balcony. The well-equipped, fitted kitchen has a small breakfast area, and there are also two welcoming bedrooms and a bathroom at your cottage in Benllech. The gardens wrap around this delightful Benllech cottage and provide a sheltered decking area where you can dine alfresco and relax into the evening, or you may wish to sit on the balcony and soak up the views towards the bay, which can be reached in a five-minute downhill walk. There are some excellent golf courses within easy reach of this Anglesey cottage and cliff-top walks will lead to quaint coastal pubs, where you can enjoy excellent food and a refreshing pint before walking home. There are many places to visit on this wonderful island, including beautiful sandy beaches, Anglesey Sea Zoo and the National Trust owned Plas Newydd Country House. Elevated balcony with furniture plus lawned garden with decked area, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Local village amenities including shops pubs and restaurants all within a 5 min walk. Beach 20 minute walk, steep hill on way back from the beach may not be suitable for less agile guests.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
