Eight bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double with four poster bed, 1 x king size double with four poster bed, 1 x double with en suite bathroom, 1 x double, 1 x twin (zip-linkable to 6' double on request) with en suite shower-room, 1 x twin (2'6 beds zip-linkable to 5' double), 2 x twin with washbasin. Drawing room with open fire and French windows to garden. Sitting room with marble fireplace. Dining room( with long oak dining table). Kitchen with 4-door Aga, farmhouse table/chairs and pantry. Games room. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Ground floor bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Shower-room with shower and basin.

Central heating with open fire. Microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for eight cars. Enclosed garden with tennis court, children's play area. Three well-behaved dogs welcome, more by arrangement. Sorry no smoking. Note: Check in time 4pm. Note: This property only permits bookings starting on its usual changeover day of Friday.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
