Over two floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double (zip-linked 6' bed or twin on request) with en suite bathroom, 1 x twin (zip-linkable to 6' double on request) with en suite shower-room. 1 x Ground-floor king-size double bedroom. Open-plan living area with sitting area, kitchen and dining area with glazed doors to terrace. Ground floor shower-room with shower, hand shower attachments, grab rails, basin and WC.

Barley House sits at the end of the row and is accessed via a wide, gently sloping paved path. Inside is a light-filled open-plan living area with big glazed doors to the pretty front terrace. The cottage has three bedrooms, a ground-floor double bedroom with access to a shower-room and two further first floor bedrooms, a double with en suite bathroom and a twin (zip-linkable to 6' double) with en suite shower-room, both have handsome beams to the apex. Outside you'll find a little seating area and attractive gravelled terrace adorned with potted plants and pleached trees, and you are of course welcome to use the extensive lawns and grounds.

Ottery St Mary sits beside the River Otter and is well known for its literary connections to the poet Coleridge and for its beautiful church often referred to as a Exeter cathedral lookalike. Ottery St Mary is also famous for its traditional 'Tar Barrels' which attracts more than 3000 visitors on 5th November each year.
