In Branscombe, one of the prettiest villages on the south coast, less than ½ mile from the beach and yards from a very popular pub is this neat and comfortable cottage. From the private drive a gentle slope leads to tiled steps and a little landing with a table and chairs. A country kitchen and dining area, full of light with a big picture window and lovely rural views is a lovely space to get together and plan your days adventures. There are three bedrooms, a double and two snug twins sharing a family bathroom. The beach and pubs are an easy stroll from this handy heart-of-village location. Why not spend a day by the sea before eating out at the Masons Arms? The Regency seaside town of Sidmouth is just three miles away, or for budding fossil hunters, Lyme Regis on the famous 'Jurassic' coast with its iconic Cobb is just 10 miles away. With beautiful surroundings and close to the sea, 2 Smugglers Close is a perfect choice for a memorable family holiday.
