On the ground floor: 2 x super king doubles (can convert to twin) with TV and en suite bathrooms with baths (one with shower over), WCs and basins, 2 x twin with en suite shower rooms with showers, WCs and basins, 1 x king size double with TV, en suite shower room with shower, WC and basin and French windows to terrace. In the annexe: 1 x family room with king size double, two singles, TV and en suite bathroom with bath, WC and basin. Second floor mezzanine seating area. First floor open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area and kitchen. Ground floor hall. Den with TV. WC with basin.

Halwell is a small village in wooded farmland equidistant from the busy little town of Kingsbridge and popular Totnes.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
