The cottage sleeps four people in two en suite bedrooms on the ground and first floor, which can be either double or twin. On the ground floor is a kitchen with dining area and on the first floor is a sitting room with wood burning stove and French windows to a balustrade. Outside is an enclosed garden, a shared indoor swimming pool and games room and use of three fishing lakes and a health and beauty centre at reduced rates. With all these facilities on the doorstep, Fixit Cottage is an excellent base for a relaxing break in Devon.

Two bedrooms: 1 x first floor super king double (can convert to twin) with en suite bathroom with bath, WC and basin and French windows to balustrade, 1 x ground floor super king double (can convert to twin) with en suite shower room with shower, WC and basin. Ground floor kitchen with dining area. First floor sitting room with wood burning stove and French windows to balustrade. Shared use of indoor swimming pool and games room.
Fixit Cottage is a comfortable semi-detached cottage, all cheerful and light. Head up a few steps into your kitchen, well equipped and with a dining table for family meals. The lofty sitting room with cosy wood burning stove is on the first floor and you will find the two en suite bedrooms one on each floor, with a romantic balustrade off the double. As well as the shared leisure facilities, you have an enclosed lawn garden with an enclosed patio with barbecue and a verandah, making this a relaxing and peaceful destination.
