Within the same building are shared leisure facilities, an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym, all free of charge, and a smart bar/restaurant. Outside is off-road parking in a reserved parking space for one car or two cars nose to tail. Positioned beside a beach and with amazing views of the sea and Burgh Island, Apartment 5 is a special place for a Devon break.

One level. Two bedrooms: 1 x king size double with en suite bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin, 1 x twin with en suite shower room with shower, bidet, WC and basin. Open plan living space with seating area with a king size sofa bed, dining area, kitchen and glazed doors to terrace.

Electric fires with night storage heating. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Bluetooth speaker, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and bath and hand towels (also beach towels and tea towels) inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for one car, or two cars nose to tail in a reserved parking space. Enclosed terrace/patio with barbecue. Indoor pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Shared use of leisure facilities and restaurant/bar within the building. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: Leisure facilities open from 10am every day (except Christmas day and Boxing day). Note: This property does not accept children under 14 in gym or sauna. Note: The club restaurant/bar is open 10am to 9pm during the High Season, reservations recommended, Over Christmas and New Year the opening hours are from the 24th till the 4th of January open from 10 am till 4 pm - Christmas day and Boxing day closed (for all other times of the year, please contact the Leisure Centre for opening times).
