Little Petherick, with gardens to the front, side and back, enjoys tranquil meadow views from the large, enclosed, private balcony at the back with a little fenced stream trickling past its back boundary. It’s just a short distance to a lovely creek-side path leading to the lively harbour town of Padstow, with its wide array of shops, pubs and elegant restaurants. This pathway also links to the famous Camel Trail. A quiet, convenient, cosy all-year-round home in a lovely part of north Cornwall.
