All on one level. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en suite shower-room, 1 x twin. Open-plan living area with sitting area, kitchen and dining area with sonos, sea views and glazed doors to the balcony. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.
Seascape is an immaculate, modern, second-floor apartment situated in Newquay, a minutes stroll from Fistral Beach, with stunning sea views across it and the headland. Fabulous for families or couples. There is lift access from the parking bay and an outdoor shower for rinsing after a surf and cleaning sandy toes. It's just a three minute walk from the cliff access to Crantock beach and the Gannel estuary, which is accessible at low tide. You can use the lift or the stairway to your front door which opens to an entrance hall and through to the open-plan living-dining room and kitchen area which is dominated by those views, then step through the full-length glazed doors to the balcony – wow. There are two bedrooms – a king-size double with TV and en suite shower-room, and a twin with TV; also a family bathroom. Large balcony with bistro table and chairs for alfresco dining and the glorious views. A superb apartment with amazing views, just right for water sports and coastal walking.
