All one level. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with balcony and en suite shower-room, 1 x twin (2'6" beds, zip-linkable to 5' double on request) with balustrade. Open-plan living area with sitting area, kitchen and dining area with sonos and glazed doors to balcony. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Take the lift up from the parking bay and step through the entrance door into the hall through to the open-plan living-dining room and kitchen which has floor to ceiling sliding glazed doors to the balcony enjoying sea glimpses to the headland. There are two bedrooms a king-size with balcony and en suite shower-room and a twin which is zip-linkable to a king-size double, with TV and balustrade, and there is a family bathroom.
