Wet room with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.

Ideal for families and friends, seeking a quality break together, perhaps celebrating a special occasion, this cottage offers a charming interior. The bedrooms are spread over the ground floor in a stylish fashion, accompanied by en-suite facilities and a wet room with rainfall shower. Set under the eaves of the roof is the immaculately finished open-plan living room with a sleek lounge and dining area uplifted by the exposed stone wall and character beams. The kitchen offers a contemporary set of integrated units and modern fixtures assisting you throughout your stay, whilst the views stretch far beyond the rolling hills of Honley. Honley with it's old centre of cobbled streets, is set on the banks of the River Holme. The village has a wide selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. The Grade II listed church has the remains of a set of stocks in its grounds. Just three miles away is the town of Holmfirth, famed as being the setting for comedy series Last of the Summer Wine. It has a good public swimming pool and fitness centre, parks, shops and restaurants. Huddersfield, and the cities of Sheffield, Leeds and Manchester, as well as the delights of the Peak District National Park are within reach.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
