This end-terrace stone cottage overlooks the stunning marketplace in the Lancashire town of Clitheroe. Coming in an ideal location for exploring the countryside and fine towns of the area, this is a lovely stay for a break with your friends or family. Enter this cosy cottage through the splendid kitchen/diner, a well-equipped spot benefiting from a delightful dining table set for four - enjoy those home-cooked meals all together. Adjacent, you will find the welcoming sitting room; relax on the snug leather sofas with the electric fire and TV completing this splendid setup. At the end of the day, retire to the first floor and take your pick of two delightful double bedrooms, one enhanced by an attractive feature fireplace and views over the town. Get ready for your day in the modern bathroom, offering a choice of a bath and a separate corner shower. Step out of the front door and be presented with Clitheroe's assortment of amenities and facilities, from pubs and cafés to the Clitheroe Castle Museum. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
