Over three floors. Five bedrooms: On the first floor there are 3 x first-floor king-size double with en-suite showers, basin and WC. Up a flight of stairs there is a 1 x second-floor king-size double, that has its own shower/WC opposite. 1 x second-floor twin (zip/link, can be king-size double on request). Second-floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. First-floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast table. Utility. Lounge/diner.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair. Off-road parking for 6 cars. Lawned garden with patio, furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Some road noise may be heard. Note: No hen/stag or similar. Note: Children need to be supervised on patio area. Please note that due to the property being in the national parks the hottub only has planning permission to be used up to 9pm every evening and outside noise to be kept to a minimum as this is a quiet countryside location. Note:Please note that due to current government restrictions, all rooms advertised may not be available

Location Details

Long Preston is a village in Malhamdale, 12 miles from Skipton, 4 miles from Settle. To the north, the landscape rises to the fells, moors and valleys of the Dales; to the south are the wetlands of the Ribble Valley. The village benefits from several village greens, with footpaths leading to the hills. The railway station lies on the edge of the village. Nearby Settle is a town with a weekly market, and a good selection of restaurants and pubs and a public swimming pool.
