Skipper is a welcoming cottage located excellently for exploring the countryside, coastline and fascinating towns that abound in the area. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Skipper is a wonderful stone-built bolthole situated on the grounds of a converted coach house, close to the fabulous city of Lancaster. Its open-plan living, exposed wooden beams and 200 acres of serene grounds available to roam make this a perfectly relaxing base for that long-awaited romantic retreat with your other half. Note: Property can be booked with Refs. 981684, 981685, 981686 and 981687, together they can sleep 24.

Lancaster is a city conveniently placed east of Morecambe Bay and west of the Forest of Bowland AONB. The city itself abounds in striking architecture as well as fine eating, drinking and shopping spots. Some of its popular attractions include the maritime museum and castle. A day at the beach can be had at Morecambe, while the charming market town of Kendal is also within touring distance and makes for a lovely visit.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
