Feel instantly welcomed by the property's tasteful interior, it comes with unique reverse-level accommodation meaning that both the beautifully finished king-size and twin bedrooms are found on the ground floor. Also on this level you will find an immaculate, brightly tiled bathroom offering the choice of a bath and a walk-in shower cubicle. The living area thoughtfully rests on the first floor of the cottage as it makes the most of the natural light flooding in from the Velux windows. Comforting and open-plan, this layout has all that you need from a fully-equipped and first class kitchen to a snug seating area for all to enjoy, plus attractive exposed beams bring a sense of charm to the place. Keswick is just 13 miles away and is worth a look.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
