First floor bathroom with double ended bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Second floor open plan living accommodation with kitchen area, dining area and sitting area (seats 6) with patio doors to glass fronted balcony.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, grill and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, Wifi, selection of games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Private car port and parking for 2 cars. Front garden and second floor glass balcony with sea views. One well behaved dog welcome (not in bedrooms). Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and town centre 10 mins walk. Beach 50 yards. Note: Children must be supervised on the balcony
