Two bedrooms: 1 x 4 poster double 4ft 6 bed with a 2000 pocket sprung mattress,1 x twin.Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with electric fire.

Tranquility is as the name suggests, a tranquil haven located in the Village of Gardens, Pendra Loweth, and is one of a group of purpose built, privately owned holiday cottages ideally positioned close to the bustling and vibrant harbour town of Falmouth and the sandy beaches of Swanpool and Maenporth. Ideal for family groups, the onsite shared facilities include tennis courts, gym, jacuzzi, children's outdoor play area and an indoor splash pool (seasonal opening hours). Tucked away in a quiet corner, just over the bridge from the stream which meanders through the resort this contemporary holiday home has a practical and modern interior with open plan living room with a spacious seating and dining area and well equipped kitchen. Upstairs there are two thoughtfully accessorised bedrooms and a separate well appointed stylish bathroom. Outside, a private sheltered patio offers a good degree of privacy to enjoy a sundowner or a barbeque. Swanpool beach is popular with families with a beach café and watersport hire and tuition, Maenporth is slightly quieter for those seeking rest and relaxation, both approximately1 mile from Pendra Loweth. For those who like to walk, take the bridle footpath just behind the site to Maenporth beach, this walk will take around 40 minutes. The bustling resort of Falmouth, home to the National Maritime Museum is a 10 minute drive where there is lots on offer for all ages and interests. The town is packed with a vibrant mix of cafes and restaurants, shops, galleries and yacht marinas. The North Helford region is a quintessential destination for visitors with a mix of woodland, creeks and historic villages and literary references; it is a truly unique destination to explore. Highly recommended for families are the sub-tropical gardens of Glendurgan and Trebah, with 4 miles of footpath cascading down to their very own beach on the Helford River, a perfect spot for a summer picnic. For golfing enthusiasts a round at neighbouring Falmouth golf course is a must. Tranquility is an ideal choice for the whole family including the family dog and perfect location for exploring the whole of Cornwall at any time of year.

Falmouth has harbour-side pubs, shopping, an art gallery and the National Maritime Museum. Pendennis Castle is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is St Mawes surrounded by rocky coves, sandy beaches and the countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. The location offers such a rich variety of landscape and attractions.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
