All first floor. Three bedrooms; 1 x king-size, 1 x twin, 1 x bunk. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and basin. Open plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting areas.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars Communal courtyard garden area with furniture. Access to fields for walking and games with childrens playground. Access to lakes and woodland walks but children must be accompanied. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. No single sex groups. Pub and shop 10 mins walk. Note: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am.
